2. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or special-order products
- Items that have been installed or altered
- Clearance or final-sale items
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or the wrong product was sent.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wuliandec.com with photos and details. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
