Nylon with Steel Core: The RI.M4P (often referred to as RI.MAP) is a high-performance toothed rack designed for sliding gates. While the exterior is nylon to ensure quiet operation, it features an internal steel reinforcement to provide the strength needed to move heavy gates without bending.
M4 Module Pitch: It is designed with a standard Module 4 (M4) teeth profile, which is the universal standard for Beninca BULL motors and most other residential sliding gate operators.
Easy Screw-On Installation: This rack comes with integrated slots and is usually supplied with mounting screws and spacers. It is much easier to install than steel racks because it doesn’t require welding.
Silent Glide: The nylon material acts as a natural dampener, significantly reducing the “clanking” metallic sound during operation, making it the best choice for residential driveways near bedrooms.
Weather Resistant: The high-grade technopolymer is resistant to UV rays and extreme temperatures, ensuring the teeth don’t become brittle or de-form over time.
